Mary grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. After earning a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University, she earned a Master’s Degree in Microbiology from California State University, Long Beach.  She has published articles in both science journals and Christian magazines.

Mary is a Clinical Research Scientist, working for a Southern California laboratory in Cypress. Trained in infectious disease testing and immune cell disorders, she is especially valued for her dynamic speaking style as manifested in her entertaining and informative technical presentations.

She lives with her husband John, and their Doberman pinscher in Anaheim Hills, California. She also loves orchids, rocky road ice cream, old movies, pizza, foot massages and See’s candy.  But even more important to her is the Bible, as well as a good sense of humor.
